Community Based Support
Our Community-based support for individuals with disabilities involves creating inclusive environments that enable our clients to live, learn, work, and enjoy leisure activities alongside their peers without disabilities. This approach focuses on providing support within the community through a variety of means, such as accessible facilities, social services, employment opportunities, education, adaptive technology, and recreational activities. This support encompasses a wide range of services and strategies which includes Programs aimed at developing job skills, providing job coaching, and securing employment opportunities that are suited to the individual’s abilities and interests, fostering a sense of purpose and independence.
